Hi Team! Just wanted to send a quick note reminding us to pray and seek God on behalf of our team today. I also want to encourage us all to participate in some way in the Simple Pure Devotion fast. Today I am praying for wisdom for our team as individuals and as a whole. I read an interesting devotion today written by Bill Johnson explaining the inseparable link between wisdom and creativity. It’s a power- packed devotion but one of the many things that stuck out to me was this statement: “.. It is creativity that illustrates the presence of wisdom.” As a worship team we want creativity. There’s no question about that especially since we are called to write new songs, but wisdom is essential as well. So as I pray for wisdom and look at the Word one thing is clear: we need to seek it out.
Proverbs 8:17 ” I (wisdom) love those who love me, and those who seek me find me.”
Proverbs 8:34-35 ” Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway.”
